Abstract
The article analyzes the results of a study of compensatory-adaptive and reserve capabilities of the organism of the aboriginal (Yakut) and newly-arrived populations (natives of southern regions) under the conditions of Yakutia. Anthropometric indices, the state of the cardiovascular system in terms of mean arterial pressure and body mass index were studied. A greater number of overweight and obesity were found among the aboriginal population compared with the natives of southern regions. The average waist circumference was statistically significantly higher among the aboriginal group. To assess the compensatory-adaptive abilities of the organism, the functional change index (FCI) was calculated by the R. M. Baevsky method.

Abstract
Materials with antimicrobial properties are interesting for medical production. However, the safety of modern materials based on ammonium compounds, silver ions and titanium oxide does not meet of standards. Graphene oxide is a promising candidate for biomedical research because it exhibits good antimicrobial properties with minimal cytotoxicity against human cells. This paper presents the results of our own research on the antimicrobial properties of graphene oxide. It is shown that the suspension of graphene oxide has a bactericidal and fungicidal effect, due to damage the membrane of microbial cells.

Abstract
This article analyzes the course, treatment and outcomes of chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) in children in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) (SR (Ya)). This disease occurs very rarely in children: over 21 years, only three children with such a diagnosis have been registered in the SR(Ya). The clinical and laboratory picture of CML in children does not differ from that in adults. Two children, except for the first patient, who was diagnosed in 1997, had a cytogenetic study of the bone marrow. With standard karyotyping, patient 2 was found to have translocation t(4;9;22) (q28;q34;q11) - Philadelphia’s Ph-chromosome; the FISH study revealed the presence of chimeric BCR/ABL gene in 100 % of the cells. Patient 3 only underwent karyotyping, and the Ph-chromosome, t (9; 22) (q34; q11) was also detected. At present, tyrosine kinase inhibitors are the main standard for the treatment of CML. Patient 1 became ill before the introduction of tyrosine kinase inhibitors into CML therapy, her life expectancy from the onset of the disease was only 2 years. Two children are treated with imatinib, a first generation tyrosine kinase inhibitor. The duration of the disease in them was 11 months and 9 years 3 months. In Patient 2, after 7 months from the start of therapy, a pronounced molecular response was achieved, in Patient 3 - a loss of the molecular response due to long interruptions in treatment. The side effects of ICT therapy were insignificant.

Abstract
Headaches are one of the most frequent complaints of patients in neurological practice. According to epidemiological studies, 79 % of the population of Europe, 75 % - Latvia, and 62 % - Russia suffer from cephalgia. Headaches are one of the common causes of disability, and the cost of treating one patient in the United States exceeds $ 8,000 a year. This circumstance determines the social and economic burden of the headache. In 2018, the International Headache Society adopted the 3rd edition of the International Classification of Headache Disorders. According to this Classification, all headaches are divided into primary, secondary and cranial neuralgia. Despite the achievement of modern medicine, Russia still faces hypodiagnosis of primary headaches. The most common forms of headaches are migraine, tension type headache and trigeminal (vegetative) cephalgia. This article presents the modern criteria for the diagnosis of primary headaches, discusses the role of new drugs, such as CGRP antagonists, innovative neuromodulation methods (vagus stimulation, occipital nerve stimulation, Cefaly devices). Our own clinical observation of a patient with a headache is presented.

Abstract
The article provides a retrospective analysis of the data from the register of congenital and hereditary pathology of the Medical Genetic Center of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) and medical records of inpatients with Down Syndrome located in the Department of Pathology of Newborns and Premature Children No. 1 and No. 2 of the Perinatal Center of the SAO of SR(Ya) “Republic’s Hospital No. 1 - National Center of Medicine” for ten years. Clinical features of the neonatal course of children with Down Syndrome before and after the introduction of prenatal diagnosis were studied. Prenatal diagnosis is an effective method of early diagnosis and prevention of Down Syndrome. The frequency of detecting Down Syndrome in SR(Ya) during the study period corresponds to the literature data. With the introduction of prenatal diagnosis, the incidence of Down Syndrome has increased, the percentage of termination of pregnancy for Down Syndrome has increased, the number of children born with this pathology has decreased, the birth of children with severe translocation has not been observed, and the critical CHD has decreased. The age of parents with children with Down Syndrome has significantly changed, with the number of parents over the age of 30 and 40 years increasing. In recent years, most pregnant women with children with Down Syndrome have been registered after a missed early screening period for chromosomal pathology. There are parents who refused to abort pregnancy after learning the diagnosis through the invasive method. Combined screening (ultrasound and biochemical markers) with a gestation period of 11 to 14 weeks is a sensitive method for the diagnosis of Down Syndrome. In connection with the change in the attitude of the society to children diagnosed with Down Syndrome, the number of children left without parental care has decreased, the percentage of discharged home has increased. To improve prenatal diagnosis in the SR (Ya) further, it is necessary to increase the coverage of pregnant women by screening, to improve the quality of combined screening, to develop regional fetometric standards.

Abstract
The article describes a clinical case in which the patient was diagnosed with HELLP syndrome. The article provides a brief description of the etiology, pathogenesis and classification of HELLP syndrome. In addition, the article describes the onset of this disease in detail - specific clinical and laboratory changes, as well as information about clinical and laboratory changes throughout the treatment of the disease. Diagnostic features were observed: clinical symptoms (epigastric or right upper quadrant of the abdomen pain, nausea and/or vomiting, headache, sensitivity during palpation in the right upper quadrant of the abdomen, diastolic blood pressure above 110 mmHg, edema, arterial hypertension), laboratory diagnostic features (massive proteinuria of more than 2 g/l, massive intravascular hemolysis, microscopic presence of fragmented red blood cells (schizocytes), LDH level of more than 600 IU/ l, level of indirect bilirubin more than 1 2 μmol/ l, a decreased level of haptoglobin, a decreased level of platelets less than 100 * 109/ l, ALT, AST more than 70 ME/ l) and ways of intensive care, in particular, treatment of massive intravascular hemolysis. The importance of the correct diagnosis made on time and early start of pathogenetic therapy was noted.

Abstract
A sociological study among graduates and students of the Pharmaceutical Department of the North-Eastern Federal University found that the most pressing issues for young professionals in their professional life are the prestige of the profession and the social value of the specialist in modern society. The influence of factors on the students ‘professional plans is shown, the graduates’ satisfaction with the choice of specialty, their social status, and the level of wages is presented. As numerous surveys conducted among pharmaceutical specialists recently show, a significant part of Russian pharmacists call their social significance an important criterion for the prestige of their profession, opportunity to benefit society. Meanwhile, the question of the dynamics of the prestige of the pharmaceutical profession also depends on decent wages. In their opinion, a modest monetary allowance hardly contributes to the entry of young, ambitious employees into this complex sphere. As a result of the study, the directions of work to improve the prestige of the profession of pharmacist and its further integration into the health care system to use the social potential of pharmaceutical professionals as professionals and full members of various services working in the field.

Abstract
The harsh climatic conditions of the Far North dictate special working conditions for workers in the energy industry, in particular thermal energy. The duration of the thermal season in Yakutia is generally eight to nine months a year, which determines special working conditions for workers in this industry. We did a retrospective analysis of medical records of 151 employee MUP (Municipal unitary enterprise) «Teploenergiya of Yakutsk». The highest percentage of the development of professional hearing loss had the operators of boilers (46.2 %), locksmiths for repair of boiler equipment (23.1 %), electric and gas welders (19.2 %), drivers of heat engines (11.5 %). The critical experience of the development of hearing loss in these workers averaged 10 years. By their nature, cardiovascular diseases (48.4 %) can be profession-related - hypertension (30.5 %), and general - the syndrome of autonomic vascular dysfunction (6.6 %) and arrhythmia (8 %). It was revealed that the diseases with a very high degree of professional conditionality include sensorineural hearing loss. In the examined groups of workers, in terms of general somatic diseases, the pathology of endocrine system prevails (22 %): obesity (18 %), type 2 diabetes (8 %). Particular attention should be paid to the proportion of surgical pathology such as varicose veins (52 %), equally occurring in both men and women. These diseases are associated with the influence of production factors and stress - noise, vibration, night shifts, and heavy physical activity. Having assessed the state of health of employees of MUP “Teploenergiya” Yakutsk, we come to the conclusion that there is a direct link between the state of health and the impact of harmful working conditions. In general, there is a need to develop a targeted program for the preservation and promotion of the health of persons working in production with harmful working conditions, taking into account the nature of adaptation, health, specifics of production in the extreme conditions of the Far North.

Abstract
The article presents an analysis of the incidence in the Eastern Economic Zone of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), which included such districts as Oymyakonsky, Tomponsky and Ust-Maysky, for the period 2007-2016 (in the age aspect - since 1992). In terms of medical-geographical zoning, these municipalities are included in the northeastern region group. At the same time, the general and primary incidence rates were considered both of the entire population and in terms of age - in adults and children (0-14 years) of the population. According to the official and departmental statistics, the analysis was carried out by percentile method - first in the republic as a whole, then in selected districts. Thus, the incidence rate in them is positioned in comparison with indicators of all administrative-territorial entities of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
