Author Guidelines

Scientific fields: health sciences; clinical medicine; preventive medicine; pharmaceutical sciences.

UDC: the UDC index is to be in perfect correspondence with the scientific field.

Title: summarizes the contents of the article, includes main keywords (10-12), made in Russian and English. The author should be responsible for the quality of the translation.

Abstract: provides a review of the article, including the relevance, statement of the problem, goals and methods of research, results and main conclusions (at least 250-300 words)of the research; perspectives and directions , done in Russian n English.

Keywords: reflect the specific topic, object and results of the research (at least 10 words or word combinations in Russian and English).

Content of the article

Introduction: contains relevance of the research, review of literature on the topic, statement of the problem, goals and objectives of the research. The main points reflect the key results of the research.

Materials and Methods: describe the materials, devices, equipment, sampling, experiment/observation conditions; describe methods and the protocol of the experiment/observations.

Results: demonstrate actual results of the research – a text, tables, graphs, diagrams, equations, photographs, and figures.

Discussion: interpretation of the results of the study, including the correspondence of the obtained results to the hypothesis of the study, limitations of the study and generalization of its results, suggestions for practical application and direction for future research.

Conclusion: describes the key results of the study, presenting a summary of the sections of the article without repeating the wording given in them.

References: should consist of works that have the status of scientific publications - monographs and scientific articles in recent years; publications cited should be as recent as possible; works are drawn up in accordance with the standard and are indicated at the end of the article in the order they are mentioned in the text; a list of references in the Latin alphabet is required.

Information about author(s): is given on a separate page in the order of the author’s contribution: full name, academic degree, academic title, position, affiliation, name of the institution as in its Charter; all the contacts: e-mail, city, country of residence, contact phone number (in Russian and in English).

Word count: under 24 pages, including illustrations and references.

Layout of the article

1. MS Word editor, A4 format, portrait orientation; margins (top – 2.0 cm, bottom – 3.0 cm, left and right – 2.5 cm); paragraph indentation – 1.25 cm; interval – 1.5; body size – 14; abstract size – 12; font – Times New Roman.
2. Shortenings are only generally accepted (in a text and in tables). All abbreviations and acronyms should be introduced the first time they are used in the text. All tables include headings and continuous numbering within the article denoted with Arabic numerals (e.g., Table 1); in the text, references are given in a shortened form (Tab. 1). In works of biological cycle, the title and the text of the table have only Latin names of species, genus and families.
3. Formulas include continuous numeration. A number is written at the end of a line with Arabic numerals in round brackets. There should be at least 1.5-2 cm intervals between the formulas that are highlighted in a separate line and the text, as well as between the lines of the formulas.
4. Illustrated material (graphs, maps, diagrams, photographs) is named Figures, has continuous numeration in Arabic numbers and is written in abbreviated form (e.g., Fig. 1). Color images (graphs, diagrams) are accepted. The size of the figure is between 40x50 and 120x170 mm. The figure containing indications of the dimensions of the quantities shown in the figure, is placed under the figure.

Acceptance of articles for publication

1. An electronic version of an article is to be sent by the e-mail, pictures are sent as separate files in the tiff format (with resolution above 300 dpi) to the e-mail address: smnsvfu@mail.ru.
2. The article, after the elimination of all editorial comments, is sent in printed form in two copies (one of them without indicating the name of the author) to the address: 677000, SR (Y), Yakutsk, ul. Oyunskogo, 27, office 312, tel/fax +7 (4112) 49 67 65.
3. The article receives admission and is printed in the order of priority after the final decision of the Editorial Board on publication on the basis of a blind review, which is arranged by the Editorial Board of the Series.

Publication of articles is free of charge.

Articles not meeting the above requirement will not be reviewed. 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

1. The manuscripts are accepted if has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.

2. The materials should be prepared in a format OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or World Perfect.

3. Internet links are provided as a complete URL. 

4. Text should be typed with an interval of one and a half line spacing, font Times New Roman, 14 pt; to highlight the accents it is recommended to use italics rather than underlining (except Internet links). All images, graphics and tables are placed within the text according to the meaning of the particular part of text  (and not at the end of the document).

5. Text should follow the stylistic and bibliography requirements as stated in  Regulations  located in the Part "About Us." 

6. Please, remove the authors' names from the title of the article and other parts of the document to ensure the  anonymity of reviewing.
