Это заболевание является мультифакторным и, как правило, развивается у генетически предрасположенных к нему людей, что в большей мере обусловлено наличием генетических полимофизмов генов, вовлеченных в регуляцию артериального давления. В данной статье изложены результаты исследования частот встречаемости однонуклеотидных полиморфизмов генов ADD1α 1378 G&gt;T; AGT 521 C&gt;T; AGTR1 1166 A&gt;C; CYP11B2 -344 T&gt;C; GNB3 825 C&gt;T; NOS3 -786 T&gt;C и 894 G&gt;T у различных этнических групп жителей Крайнего Севера Республики Саха (Якутия), страдающих эссенциальной артериальной гипертензией. Для обнаружения вышеупомянутых полиморфизмов был использован метод ПЦР в режиме реального времени с детекцией температуры плавления дуплексов. Обследуемые добровольцы (n=139) были объединены в группы: «НКЭГКС» (некоренные этнические группы Крайнего Севера), «КМНКС» (коренные малочисленные народы Крайнего Севера) и «Саха» (представители народа саха). В ходе исследования были выявлены статистически значимые (p ≤ 0.05) различия между исследуемыми группами по точкам ADD1α 1378 G&gt;T; AGT 521 C&gt;T и AGTR1 1166 A&gt;C; CYP11B2 -344 T&gt;C; NOS3 -786 T&gt;C и 894 G&gt;T. Можно предположить, что выявленные различия обусловлены этническими особенностями рассматриваемых групп.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Arterial hypertension is one of the most serious problems of modern health care. This disease is multifactorial and, as a rule, develops in people genetically predisposed to it, which is largely due to the presence of genetic polymorphisms of genes involved in the regulation of blood pressure. This article presents the results of the study of the occurrence frequencies of single nucleotide polymorphisms of the ADD1α 1378 G&gt;T; AGT 521 C&gt;T; AGTR1 1166 A&gt;C; CYP11B2 -344 T&gt;C; GNB3 825 C&gt;T; NOS3 -786 T&gt;C и 894 G&gt;T genes in different ethnic groups of residents of the Arctic zone of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), suffering from essential arterial hypertension. To reveal the polymorphisms mentioned above, the real-time PCR method was used with detection of the melting point of duplexes. The surveyed volunteers (n = 139) were grouped into the following groups: NIEGHN (non-indigenous ethnic groups of the High North), IPHN (indigenous peoples of the Far North) and Sakha (representatives of the Sakha people).The purpose of this study was to determine the presence of statistically significant differences between the studied ethnic groups. As a result, statistically significant (p ≤ 0.05) differences between different ethnic groups were identified, at points CYP11B2 -344 T&gt; C; NOS3 -786 T&gt; C and 894 G&gt; T; ADD1α 1378 G&gt;T; AGT 521 C&gt;T and AGTR1 1166 A&gt;C.
